[kisop] C: System Overview

The system is designed to transform the way health information is collected, understood, and acted upon. At its core, the system provides a Privacy-Preserving Augmented Personal Health Repository that securely aggregates data from a multitude of sources, including health records, medical devices, wearable devices, and individual reports.

The system employs a Composable Architecture for Enumerating Features, allowing diverse data points to be represented as numerical factors, terms, or values that can be mapped and analyzed. This enumeration enables sophisticated analysis, including the computation of clusters and identification of unusual patterns.

A key aspect is the ability to handle a vast and potentially unlimited number of variables, moving beyond systems limited by known computations. The system can enable the application of a weight to different variables or outcomes and account for missing data. It supports the identification of known associations between data points, conditions, and individual reports.

The system emphasizes the value of patient-generated health data, allowing individuals to quantify their unique health experience. It leverages AI-Powered Insights and can interact with various AI models, including Personal Foundation Models running locally, as well as external closed and open source AI models.

The system’s architecture facilitates learning from highly distributed data and can be fine-tuned on curated datasets to understand nuanced variation. Health information is conceptualized as interconnected pieces that compose an “enumerated State”. The system represents health information as interlocking pieces, composed into an enumerated state, allowing for dynamic analysis of changes over time.

The system is designed to analyze changes in these states over time, recognizing that the body is a dynamic system. It can measure the slope and length of change resulting from introduced modifications.

The system can apply game theory to sets of enumerated features or changes to optimize outcomes. Furthermore, the system incorporates features for Consent Management, a Multilingual Registry of Authoritative Terms, and mechanisms for users and developers to define and accept new health features.

The system also contemplates methods for economic exchange or rewards and for supporting health research. This holistic approach aims to discover new knowledge, understand existing information in novel ways, and empower individuals and communities in managing health collaboratively.

The system empowers individuals by allowing them to quantify the way they experience health. Users can compare multiple opinions and sources of information themselves. The system can assist individuals in achieving optimal outcomes. Ethical considerations regarding data usage are contemplated, noting that data has historically benefited plans and providers, but this system aims to benefit individuals more directly. It can help individuals see more of their commitment to health.

The invention supports Extensibility, including features for prevention information, screening, access to general health information, and distributing care literature. It includes a Method for Supporting Health Research and an Economic Exchange / Rewards Mechanism, fostering collaboration and participation.

The system is specifically designed for discovering new things that are not yet known and understanding existing health concepts in novel ways.
